Just to update. It didn't take me too long to calm down. Brian woke from his nap, E finished her show, and we got outside to play. Phew! The fresh air and pushing E on the swing did me good. I didn't end up having to punch or swear at anyone, nor did I cry. I'm a nutcase.

it's nice to see such honesty...i usually delete such postings after i feel better, but your update is such an accurate reflection of real life.
